Climate in the media
Communicating knowledge can be done in many ways by the pupils. And while you are at it why not start a cooperation with another school.
Climate in the media - Cooperation and communication
International opportunities for cooperation
The lessons can be organised in many ways – the pupils can work individually or in groups with different learning aims etc.
It provides another dimension to the teaching when the pupils cooperate with pupils from another school – perhaps in another country. In this way, they gain another perspective on the subject and their own situation. In addition, they learn to cooperate across language and cultural divides and practise producing material and writing to people outside the school environment.
These web sites provide opportunities for finding a school class outside Denmark interested in cooperating on the subject of the environment/climate:
CO2nnect
The CO2nnect activities are designed to support learning that can provide pupils with abilities, skills, attitudes and awareness as well as knowledge and understanding of the issues.

Communication
A part of the lesson plan series and the cooperation with another school class is naturally the communication and sharing of information. In the classroom, you can communicate and share information internally via slideshows, picture series with a talk, sound, film and other things depending on the programmes available at the school.
There is also the online possibility. The pupils can produce the material themselves or cooperate with their classmates or pupils from another school on a project.
There are many opportunities, including:
- Let the pupils create a blog. Teachers, parents, other pupils at the school and perhaps from the school they cooperate with can subscribe to the blog.
The pupils can then comment on each other’s presentations on the blog, they can show products and get immediate feedback.
Good sites include:

Blogs also support sound, video and picture series, so if used, they can be published on the blog.
