In some of the individual activities it is mentioned how to exchange Google Earth pictures.
It is also a good idea to exchange digital pictures of the different activities via e-mail.
Perhaps you can exchange knowledge of eco-friendly energy supply near your schools using Google Place markers.

If the groups of pupils have access to computers, they can describe their work process in a weblog so the other pupils – and the class they are cooperating with, if applicable – can follow what they are doing. (You can find free weblogs from blogger.com or blog.com).
The groups and any international classes can cooperate and present their work using wikis, e.g. from Wikispaces.
